Postmatch: Galatasaray 2:3 Helsingborg, Way to go Feldkamp, Hakan your time is up.
By: Musab | November 8th, 2007Well needless to say, I’m not happy. Not happy at all.
It was a rainy night in Istanbul. The fans weren’t all that interested, as the stadium wasn’t even full. And Helsingborg came out with the desire to win.
Herr Feldkamp on the other hand obviously had no intention to win. He played Sabri and Hakan, who were injured for weeks. Sabri couldn’t get one decent pass throughout the match. Look, in the UEFA cup there is no such thing as a weak team. You’ve gotta put your best players on the field. Helsingborg took a 1-0 lead after playing the ball to a completely empty Larsson who converted as one would expect. My questions is: where the hell was Servet? Isn’t it your job to hold the forwards. Then to make it better, Sabri made a huge mistake and Helsingborg made it 2-0.
Then finally Feldkamp put in our starlet Arda Turan who made a great cross which Nonda converted. However it wouldn’t get better as Andersson made a 40 meter run, took a shot, and scored a goal. Nonda made a final goal in the 91st after another spectacular asisst from Arda.
However its becoming obvious that we need a new forward. Hakan can’t even pass the ball into the back of the net. Throughout the Helsingborg match, Hakan was so terrible that hes starting to make himself look like an idiot, something that he dosen’t deserve. Umit Karan missed, Nonda missed, Arda missed. And so we lost. As I always say, if you go to a Galatasaray match, you end losing a lot of hair, since you would keep ripping them out of fury.
Herr Feldkamp, we’re playing terrible. Now it’s your duty to make things better, and you had better. After the whole Lincoln-Hakan scandal, we’ve been going down. Our squad is strong enough to beat Helsingborg, and easily. But your garbage discipline is destroying the morale of the players. This Sunday you’ve got a chance to redeem yourself against Genclerbirligi. Lets see what you can do.

good post, you summed up the game, GS were awful at the back. Servet was always out of position. Helsingborg are not a bad team, they score goals and Kalli did not have a game plan to stop them. As for the forwards how many chances do they need to score. The team looks like one but isn’t acting like one.

yup, you see the players always panic whenever things aren’t going their way, and who’s job is it to calm them down? Feldkamp.
