Galatasaray 1-0 Bursaspor- The good, the bad, and the ugly….
By: Musab | January 21st, 2008When Besiktas, Fenerbahce, and Sivasspor all win, we also had no choice to get out there and win. Wouldn’t know that by the playing on Sunday. Looked more like they had already guaranteed the cup for themselves.

Wasn’t pretty but we won. Thats the important part. I mean everyone for some reason looked so tired and so out of sync. Arda was excellent last week, this week he looked tired and couldn’t get one decent cross into the penalty box. Baris was disappointing and he was unable to really shine as well. And perhaps worst of all, our entire left side, Hakan Balta and Volkan Yaman, were terrible. I don’t remember them doing anything of importance, besides Hakan’s getting injured. Nonda was able to intercept a poor pass by the Bursaspor defense and slam it in home. Ehhh, we got our three points, lets move on.
However the match was very rough. It seemed as if the players wanted to kill each other rather than actually play football. I mean every couple of minutes it seemed as if another player was getting injured, another fight was breaking out, and yet the referee did not give as many yellow cards as the match deserved. In the final minutes of the game, Omer Erdogan of Bursaspor went and blocked Volkan Yaman from taking a throw-in. And so he had his second yellow card and was thrown out. What a baby. Who the hell stand in front of an opponent and waved his arms in front of him. After the match another Bursaspor player went and cursed at the referee. Another Red card. Good job idiot.
Next week we’re off against Ankaragucu while the much anticipated Sivasspor-Fenerbahce also takes place. Sivasspor has won every single home match this year. Good watching in my opinion.
